PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASING A PRODUCT FROM THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site must agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Returns and Exchanges
Troy Ford will accept returns or exchanges of most Ford Accessories within 5 days of receiving the item. Please note the conditions and exceptions below. If there is an error on our part, we will of course correct it immediately at no cost to you. We will also assist you in processing all warranty claims.
Please review the product title very carefully of all products you order. Do not rely solely on the product picture in making your buying decision as it may not accurately reflect the design or color of the item you are ordering. We make every attempt to use accurate photos, however in some instances we do use generic photos. Please be advised that a product cannot be returned without a restocking fee because it "looked" different in the website photo.
Always refer to the product title and product code for the description of the product you are ordering as only these items determine the exact product you are purchasing.
Conditions:
-All returns must be in original box with all instructions and hardware
-Accessories cannot be returned once installed on vehicle or installation attempted and failed
-Customer must pay for return shipping and will not be reimbursed original shipping costs
-A restocking fee of 20% will apply for all returns (Fee is only 10% for exchanges)
-Ford Parts, identified by the word Ford Parts in the product title, cannot be returned for any reason.
Exceptions:
The following Ford Accessories cannot be returned for any reason: Running Boards or Bars, Remote Starts, Keyless Entry Systems, Alarm Systems, Wheels, Sport Liner Bed Rugs, Truck Tonneau Covers, Racing Stripes, Electrochromatic mirrors, any body kits or body fascias. Ford Parts, identified by the word Ford Parts in the product title, cannot be returned for any reason. Roush accessories cannot be returned for any reason.
Shipping:
Troy Ford does not ship to PO Boxes. All packages are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Express depending on your shipping selection. Orders are shipped without signature service. If you wish to require a signature for delivery please contact us at support@troyfordaccessories.com.
Warranty Claims:
All Ford Accessories and Ford Parts purchased on this website come with a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty. This warranty is valid at every Ford and Lincoln-Mercury dealership in the United States. If your local Ford or Lincoln-Mercury dealer is unable to assist you in a warranty claim, we can process the claim for you. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Troy Ford Accessories when processing a warranty claim
Warranty
Ford Accessories purchased on this website are warranted by Ford Motor Company. Ford Licensed Accessories are warranted by their respective manufacturer. Roush Accessories are warrantied by Roush Industries.
Core Charges
Some Ford Parts require an additional core charge and an additional shipping charge. We reserve the right to contact you after your order is placed to quote the core charge and any extra shipping charges.
